Licence to use PortMend

PortMend is provided as a licensed hosted business system. Access to the service does not transfer source code, intellectual property or ownership of the platform.

Customers may use the service for their authorised internal business operations during an active subscription or other valid licence period.

Restrictions

Customers must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the PortMend source code or platform except where a written agreement expressly permits it.

Custom development, integrations and implementation work may be quoted and charged separately.

Operational decisions

Supplier rankings, landed-cost calculations and BUY NOW, CHECK or HOLD states are decision-support tools. Customers remain responsible for final purchasing, technical suitability, tax, customs, regulatory and supplier decisions.

Service and liability

Service levels, support commitments, payment terms, warranties, limitations of liability and governing law must be set in the applicable commercial agreement.
