PortMend
Privacy Notice
Draft · October 2026
Information we process
PortMend processes account, company, vessel, repair, procurement, document metadata and audit information that customers choose to place in the service.
Technical logs may include timestamps, request information and security-relevant events needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the PortMend service, maintain tenant isolation, support customer workflows, secure the platform, diagnose faults and improve reliability.
Customer operational data is not treated as public content.
Customer control
Customers remain responsible for the data they submit and for assigning appropriate user access inside their organisation.
Retention, export and deletion arrangements may depend on the active service agreement and applicable law.
Retention, access and deletion
PortMend retains customer data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, maintain security and audit records, and satisfy applicable legal requirements.
Authorised customer administrators may request export, correction or deletion assistance for account and operational data, subject to legal, security and backup-retention constraints.
Privacy requests and complaints
Individuals should normally direct requests about customer-controlled operational data to the relevant customer organisation. PortMend will assist customers where required by applicable data-protection law.
Privacy and security requests will be handled through the commercial support contact published for the live service.
International use
Where cross-border processing applies, PortMend will use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards required for the relevant deployment.
